In the heart of Castile and with a history going back to the eleventh century, the grape-growing region of Rueda spreads along the left bank of the River Duero. From these origins through to the present day, vineyards and winemaking have endowed this land with a unique culture and traditions, in which the Verdejo grape is the most distinctive element.
Expressive white fruit – pear or melon –aroma with tropical hints of passion fruit and mango, plus subtle notes of green-aniseed freshness. At first taste, it is smooth and fresh, becoming satiny on the palate where it is balanced by well-integrated acidity and, finally, leaving a lasting impression.
