All the wines from Torelló originate from the vineyards of Can Martí, a property that has belonged to the Torelló family since 1395 and which covers 135 hectares in the region of Alt Penedès. The estate is certified organic farming.
Pale yellow colour, bright with green reflections, fine and persistent bubbles. Floral and white fruit aromas, like ripe apple, pear and melon. Below, there are typical aromas from the yeast lees aging, hints of pastry, brioche, smoked touches. In the mouth, it has a gentle entry, with a very balanced acidity and slightly sweet. On the back end, long and very pleasant.
