Chateau L’Apolline is situated on the right bank of Gironde River in Bordeaux region. The vineyard covers an area of 11.25 ha where Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon are planted with an average age of 15 – 25 years. Wines here are made in great respect of the nature and the use of sulfur is limited to the strict necessary. The ageing process takes place both in concrete vats and French barriques for a period of 14 months or above.
Bright ruby red color. It displays lovely aromas of red and dark forest berries, interwined by hint of tobacco and oaky notes. The mouthfeel is smooth and balanced, tannin supple and rounded. Aged partly in concret vats and partly in French barriques for 14 months.
