Maxime-François Laurent started his small wine-merchant business in 2006, in parallel with the domaine activity. His business consists in a partnership with a local winemaker whose vineyard spreads on 6 hectares located around the villages of Montbrison sur Lez and Valréas. The parcels and the works in the vineyard are carried out throughout the year, and the whole vineyard is cultivated according to the specifications of organic farming.
Lively crimson colour. Concentrated notes of black cherries and raspberry. Full bodied and concentrated on the palate with rich and toasty flavours, which develop into a wine of considerable finesse and elegance.
*Wild yeast fermentation. Only little sulfite added after malolactic fermentation. 6 months in French oak barrel. No fining, no filration.
