Owned and run by the Pugibet family since 1890, Domaine la Colombette is a pioneer for quality wine in Languedoc. Vincent Pugibet is the current owner of the estate, after brilliant studies at the National Engineer School of Agricultural Techniques in Bordeaux, he comes back to la Colombette to develop the family business. Moreover, apart from his obvious passion for wines, Vincent is really keen on nature and loves rock climbing and fishing in the high French mountains.
Clear ruby red colour, griotte aromas and marinated fruits in alcohol, gentle tannins. Can be aged from 5 to 7 years. Can be served with all types of meats and poultry.
