Australia's first boutique winery, Lake's Folly was established by Doctor Max Lake and his family in 1963. Still family-owned more than 50 years later, Peter and Lee Fogarty and family, along with winemaker Rod Kempe, continue to maintain the quality and integrity of this significant vineyard.
Colour Deep red with a purple hue. Aroma Clean, lifted red berry fruits like redcurrant and raspberry, with a hint of dusty cigar box. Palate An elegant, stylish wine of great finesse and balance, with lovely fruit sweetness and the typical Lake’s Folly stamp of length of flavour and persistence.
