Domaine de Suremain is a family-owned propriety for 7 generations now. On its vineyard of 18 hectares are planted Pinot Noir for Mercurey reds and Chardonnay for Mercurey whites. They minimize the use of chemical products in order to preserve the nature and get the best out of the terroir. All grapes are hand-picked and the vinification is made plot by plot.
It is the most "Côte de Beaune" of the Mercurey with raspberry notes and quite pronounced floral aromas (violet). Balanced, our Clos l'Evêque accompanies an entire meal; you will have the most beautiful harmony of Pinot Noir in Burgundy.
